What makes this faculty different?

Most university career events are passive. A speaker talks. Students listen. Then everyone leaves. This Sprint is different — students work directly with practitioners through case-based teaching, live feedback, team presentations, CV and LinkedIn improvement, career strategy discussions, practitioner Q&A, networking, and possible 1:1 calls for the winning team.

The goal is not just to hear from impressive people — it's to start behaving like the kind of student they would want to hire, recommend or introduce.

The Problem

University is not enough to get into finance.

Many students study business, finance or economics, but still feel unclear about:

  • which finance path to pursue.
  • how IB, PE, VC, hedge funds, fintech and corporate finance actually differ.
  • how to build a strong CV and LinkedIn profile.
  • how to reach out to alumni without sounding generic.
  • how to turn a coffee chat into an internship lead.
  • how to stand out when everyone has similar grades.
  • how to get practical experience before graduation.

Universities teach theory. Employers hire for signal, confidence, communication, practical judgement and evidence of initiative.

This Sprint is designed to close that gap.

Positioning

Not another online course. A career access sprint.

This is not a passive course where you watch videos and take notes. The Sprint combines practical career preparation, real practitioner exposure, team-based case work, peer accountability, live feedback, networking — and a visible portfolio artifact you can talk about in future applications.

01

Career clarity

Understand the real differences between finance paths and choose your primary and secondary target.

02

Infrastructure for job search

Build a practical outreach engine: LinkedIn, CV, target list, cold messages and follow-up process.

03

Practitioner feedback

Work on a real case, present your thinking, and get feedback from people with real industry experience.

Who it's for

Built for ambitious students who want to start early.

This Sprint is designed for students who do not want to wait until final year to think seriously about careers.

Best fit
  • Year 1, 2, 3 BSc students and MSc students
  • Interested in finance, investing, consulting, fintech or startups
  • Studying business, finance, economics, management, accounting or curious about career in finance
  • Want a stronger network beyond their own university
  • Willing to prepare, participate and present
Not a good fit
  • Looking for a passive lecture-style course
  • Expecting an internship to be guaranteed
  • Unwilling to work in teams
  • Not ready to engage actively

We cannot guarantee internships or job offers. We can give you access, tools, feedback, structure and a stronger career operating system.
